Fragrance Oil Crystallisation
Fragrance oil crystallisation (or the slushy effect) is completely normal. It’s due to vanillin in the oils; when it becomes cold this is the result.
All you need to do to resolve this is place the base of your bottle in a cup or bowl of hot water (not boiling!)
