Order cut off dates, deliveries & our opening times

Christmas order cut off dates

To guarantee shipment of your order in time for Christmas, please order before the below dates & times. These dates allow time for courier delays (although we can't be held responsible for these).

UK Mainland: before 9:45am Wednesday 18th December
Offshore & Highlands: before 9:45am Monday 16th December
Ireland & all international: before 9:45am Monday 16th December

Orders may still be processed & shipped after the above dates & times, but there is no guarantee that they will arrive before Christmas Day due to courier operating times.


Christmas Deliveries
DPD, Parcel Force & Royal Mail are all closed for deliveries on Christmas Day & Boxing Day

New Year Deliveries
DPD, PArcel Force & Royal Mail all re-open for deliveries on the 27th December & remain 'business as usual' until New Years Day when they are closed



Supplies For Candles festive opening times

We remain open 'business as usual' until 1pm Christmas Eve, the Warehouse closes to the public at 12pm, so if you collect orders please collect before 12pm.

We re-open on Monday 30th at 9am. We are also open Tuesday 31st until mid afternoon dependent on volume of orders (please view our Facebook at the time for updates on this).

We are closed New Years Day, & re-open on the 2nd January - normal business resumes.
