Update on international shipping 

Unfortunately, due to ongoing and extensive issues with post Brexit shipping, we have decided to temporarily switch most of the shipping services outside of UK off to enable us to review and progress with backlog.

We will continue shipping to Channel Islands and Northern Ireland.

The main issues are due to the UK Export prohibitions into EU Countries (DPD have kindly collated easily readable list that can be found here for your information - https://www.dpd.co.uk/content/about_dpd/brexit-prohibited-items.jsp ).

We have attempted to send orders multiple times; however, majority were returned by customs.

We are investigating issues and are hoping to have all answers to this matter shortly.

All orders made so far to 7 countries with most prohibitions – Ireland, Spain, Italy Austria, Norway, Denmark, and Finland will be attempted to be re-sent.

The rest of the orders will be attempted to be resent to the customers unless a wish for a refund would be expressed.

We would like to remind our customers that we are not charging VAT on the orders outside of UK, however you may incur admin, customs, and VAT charges upon receiving your order.

We are constantly reviewing this and will be releasing regular updates.
