Cherry Blossom Fragrance Oil
Usually, between late March and early April is the best time to see cherry blossoms in Japan. Every year, the blooming period in particular places across Japan varies slightly from the previous years. In Japan, cherry blossoms symbolize clouds due to their nature of blooming en masse, besides being an enduring metaphor for the ephemeral nature of life, an aspect of Japanese cultural tradition that is often associated with Buddhist influence, and which is embodied in the concept of mono no aware! The Japanese translation of Cherry Blossom is Sakura!

Sage and Sea Salt Fragrance Oil
The Great Wave off Kanagawa also known as The Great Wave or simply The Wave, is a woodblock print by the Japanese ukiyo-e artist Hokusai. It was published sometime between 1829 and 1833 in the late Edo period as the first print in Hokusai's series Thirty-six Views of Mount Fuji. The image depicts an enormous wave threatening three boats off the coast in the Sagami Bay while Mount Fuji rises in the background. Sometimes assumed to be a tsunami, the wave is more likely to be a large rogue wave.
It is Hokusai's most famous work and is often considered the most recognizable work of Japanese art in the world.
Our Sage and Sea Salt Fragrance Oil is reminiscent of this iconic piece of Japanese Art!

Mountain Air Fragrance Oil
Mount Fuji is located on the island of Honshū and is the highest mountain in Japan, standing 3,776.24 m. It is the second-highest volcano located on an island in Asia, and seventh-highest peak of an island on Earth. Mount Fuji is an active stratovolcano that last erupted from 1707 to 1708. The mountain is located about 100 km southwest of Tokyo and is visible from there on clear days. Mount Fuji's exceptionally symmetrical cone, which is covered in snow for about five months of the year, is commonly used as a cultural icon of Japan and it is frequently depicted in art and photography, as well as visited by sightseers and climbers.

Aqua Minerals & Sea Kelp Fragrance Oil
In Japan, onsen are the country's hot springs and the bathing facilities and traditional inns around them. As a volcanically active country, Japan has thousands of onsens scattered throughout all of its major islands. They are natural hot water baths rich in beneficial minerals!
As a guest at an onsen, you are expected to wash and rinse themselves thoroughly before entering the hot water. Bathing stations are equipped with stools, faucets, wooden buckets, and toiletries such as soap and shampoo; nearly all onsen also provide removable shower heads for bathing convenience.
Onsen vary from quiet to noisy; some play piped music and often feature gushing fountains. Bathers will engage in conversation in this relaxed situation.
Our Aqua Minerals and Sea Kelp Fragrance Oil will take you back to a relaxing bathing experience.

Seaweed and Juniper Fragrance Oil
Nori is a dried edible seaweed used in Japanese cuisine, made from species of the red algae genus Pyropia. It has a strong and distinctive flavor, and is often used to wrap rolls of sushi or onigiri (rice balls).
The finished dried sheets are made by a shredding and rack-drying process that resembles papermaking. They are sold in packs in grocery stores for culinary purposes.
Nori is commonly used as a wrap for sushi and onigiri. It is also a garnish or flavoring in noodle preparations and soups. It is most typically toasted prior to consumption (yaki-nori). A common secondary product is toasted and flavored nori (ajitsuke-nori), in which a flavoring mixture (variable, but typically soy sauce, sugar, sake, mirin, and seasonings) is applied in combination with the toasting process.
