This soap base is high in Vitamin E, D & Provitamin A, as well as an anti-inflammatory and high foaming. The natural exfoliant of oatmeal helps to remove dead skin cells, and is known to eases many skin conditions such as eczme and acne. Used to manufacture of white solid soaps, suspended with exfoliating oatmeal. The high glycerine content delivers a pleasant moisturising effect on the skin.
