What is Butylene Glycol?

Our Plugin Diffuser Base is made from Natural Butylene Glycol, a high performing solvent that delivers a petroleum-free, clear liquid with 99.7% purity. Not only does this ingredient work perfectly as a Plugin Base it is also a wonderful product in shampoos, moisturisers, perfumes and more. Butylene Glycol works as a carrier for actives and oils, dispersing your fragrance oil throughout and holding a continuous aroma.

How do I make a Plugin Diffuser?

To make your own Plug-In Diffuser, simply mix 25% fragrance oil with 75% of our Natural Butylene Glycol, mix well and you are ready to go!

We also have our own Plugin Diffuser Plugs, which hold 30g in total. Combine 7.5g of fragrance with 22.5g of our Natural Diffuser Base to fill these perfectly.
